The Role

As a Casual Support Worker, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to provide hands-on support to individuals with diverse disabilities, such as Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, Fragile X syndrome, cerebral palsy, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, ADHD, and epilepsy. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, implementing structured support plans that inspire independence and foster meaningful connections within the community.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, following structured support plans, encouraging independence, and helping each person connect with their community. This is a casual position, giving you flexibility while making a real impact.

This role provides support in the Miramar and Rongotai areas of Wellington’s eastern suburbs.

Experience in disability support is a bonus, but not essential. If you have transferable skills from care, education, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused roles, and you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need.
